I really love this incense and the clear effort and care that has gone into this. The packaging is really lovely and the scent is multilayered. The reason I took a star off is I really DO NOT care for the AI marketing both used on this website and on Instagram. I think if you really wanted to draw in customers internationally and seem like you do intend to create a quality product, you cannot rely on AI to do your marketing. It makes the website seem like a scam and like you lack personal care; Looking more for profit than to actually support a small business. If I were you guys I would hire someone that does not do AI at all and have your socials redone and your website looked over. I understand English isn't the first language but it's important to give off the right impression with the market. Especially when marketing something like "natural" incense, it's really weird and unbecoming to use AI for the ads.
