Many people experience persistent bodily sluggishness even without overeating, alongside oily skin and acne. These discomforts are often linked to internal dampness imbalance. Our Unburden Ritual Set is created to gently support your body back to a light, refreshed state.

🌿 Qing Lan incense is formulated from 20 botanicals including Atractylodes, Magnolia Bark, Poria and Sandalwood, inspired by Ping Wei San & Er Chen Tang. Best suited for those feeling physically weighed down, experiencing sticky stool and thick tongue coating associated with cold‑damp imbalance.

🌿 Xian Yue incense is inspired by Ru Yi Jin Huang San, this blend contains 20 unique botanicals including Scutellaria, Coptis, Mint and Agarwood. Formulated for people with oily skin, breakouts and bitter mouth linked to damp‑heat imbalance.

When used together, Qing Lan and Xian Yue work synergistically to harmonize the body across the three jiao, clearing different forms of internal damp turbidity for a revitalized, lighter feeling.

Each box is with 30 sticks, one stick burn for around 40 mins.

Why I made this one?

I grew up around incense and I'm the 5th-gen. What I have never done is watch an American smell it for the first time. That sounds like a small thing. It is not, because almost everything I could tell you about Panda Incense is something you have no way to check.

There is a good reason to be careful with incense. A lot of what leaves China is a thin stick dipped in fragrance oil and dried. It smells loud for two minutes, and then the room smells like a hotel lobby. In a photograph, a one dollar box and a hundred dollar box look the same. So the fair question is the one you are already asking. How would I know what I’m getting, and what’s really in it?

Here is what I can put on the table. All our incense are made from pure herbs, ground to powder and pressed with a plant- based binder. No fragrance oil, no accelerates, and clean burn with low smoke.

I still do not know whether that is something people here want. And this is the part I am still learning. I have made incense my whole life and I have never had to explain it to someone who did not grow up around it. What a plant binder is, why a stick should not have a charcoal core, how much important a formula is. Those things are invisible in a photograph, but I think it is visible in a smell and your status can tell you.

So if you are not sure, write to us before you buy. I would rather answer twenty questions than have a box sit on your shelf unlit.

Specification

One box, 45 sticks, 20g total.

How long does each stick burn?

Each stick burns for about 40 minutes, so one box gives you about 30 hours of burn time.

Airflow and room size move that number a little either way. Long enough for a chapter of a book, or a full pot of tea.

Is it OK around pets and sensitive people?

Generally speaking, it's good for them. We use natural ingredients (pure plants, woods, resins or flowers), but sensitivity can vary. Some animals react to smoke faster than people do. Burn it where a pet can leave the room and where air can move, and ask your vet if you are unsure.

Storage & Care

  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Ensure the ash lands on a safe, non-flammable surface to avoid markings and discolouration.
  • Do not leave burning incense unattended or within reach of children, pets and away from draughts.
  • Burning incense creates smoke and ventilating your space after use is recommended.

9 body constitutions

Some evenings you want to slow down after a long shift. Some mornings you need a clear head before the first meeting. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) observed this kind of variation in people a long time ago, and it gave the observation a name: body constitution. It describes nine patterns a body tends toward: one balanced baseline, plus eight patterns that traditional practitioners associated with qualities such as cold, dampness, dryness, and sensitivity.
