Ningbo Fenghua District Officials Visit Panda Incense

Ningbo Fenghua District Officials Visit Panda Incense

On September 18, 2026, we welcomed Ms. Shao Pingping, Deputy District Mayor of Fenghua District, Ningbo, to Panda Incense, together with members of the district government. She toured our workshop, our showroom, and the warehouse where our incense is stored and shipped.

The showroom is where our story starts: hand-blended incense sticks, incense beads, sachets, and sandalwood products, alongside the heritage behind them. Traditional incense-making is a recognized intangible cultural heritage craft, and our brand carries that lineage through fifth-generation incense master Li Shiliang. Much of the conversation centered on this — how a craft passed down by hand for generations finds its place today.

We also talked about our offline store at Ningbo Wildlife Park and pairs our Piqiu incense line with the Bamboo Fund project, and about the products themselves: how they are made, what goes into them, and how they travel from this warehouse to customers overseas.

The warehouse tour covered the less glamorous but just as important side: how raw materials are stored, how orders are packed, and how every batch is checked before it leaves.

We appreciate the district leadership taking the time to visit. Support like this matters for a craft that has been handed down by hand for generations, and it encourages us to keep doing the slow, careful work the craft requires.
